Hotel Layouts

The N Scale Enthusiast invites you to participate in the National N Scale Convention, being held in Sparks, NV., June 14-18, 2023.  This is an opportunity for layout module owners and modular club members to show not only what can be done in N scale using the various forms and standards for modular layouts, but also in N Scale buildings, rolling stock, locomotives and vehicles.  The convention will be held at the Nugget Casino Resort, Sparks, NV. and will include prototype tours, layout visits, clinics, the traditional Swaparama and public show, banquet, manufacturer’s breakfast, N Scale model contest and of course, “Room Sales”.

The NSE Board of Directors recognizes the efforts and creative contributions of the NRail associated exhibitors and has authorized two different registration options for the 2023 National N Scale Convention. 

The standard registration (NSE Member) option includes the Wednesday Night reception, Swap meet and public show, members-only live auction, opportunity to enter the model contest, clinic attendance and eligibility for purchase of any of the additional events such as layout tours, Tuesday extra event. Thursday tours.

The second option for N-Rail module exhibitors is a discount of over 45% includes Wednesday Night reception, all N Scale clinics and unlimited access to the Friday members swap meet and Saturday public show.

Both options include eligibility to purchase tickets at the standard Convention rate for the Friday night Social event, Saturday Night Convention Banquet and Sunday N Scale manufacturers breakfast.

Schedule:
Thursday, June 15, 9am – 10pm
▪ Module drop-off
• Setup.

Friday 9am – 5pm
• 9am –  5pm Open to everyone

Saturday 9am – 4pm
▪ Public all day

▪ Tear-down starts at 4pm
▪ Recommend completion before 6:30 for start of banquet
