Model Contest

Contest Rules
- Every entrant must be a 2010 National N Scale Convention registered attendee.
- All entries must be N Scale (standard or narrow gauge).
- Each entry must be accompanied by the official contest entry form. Entry Forms are posted on this site, and will be available in the contest room during open hours.
- Ballots will be included in your convention packet.
- Voting will be conducted on Wednesday from 12 noon to 5:00PM and Thursday 7:00AM-Noon in the contest room.
- Winners are determined by popular vote.
- Certificates will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each category.

- Motive Power Steam
- Motive Power Diesel.
- Motive Power Other (Electric, Turbine, Self Propelled)
- Rolling Stock Freight Cars All types of freight revenue carrying, including express reefers.
- Rolling Stock Non Revenue Equipment including: Cabooses, right of way and track maintenance vehicles, rail and inspection cars, railroad cranes and others not considered directly involved in revenue service.
- Rolling Stock Passenger Cars All types of passenger revenue carrying equipment, including, observation, mail and baggage.
- Structures
- Favorite Train (you must furnish your own track if you need it)
- Diorama
